Inevitability of nuclear war

Exactly.
But let’s say Russia uses a small nuke to take out a Ukrainian division. They’ve been flying missiles close to nuclear reactors. What if they go ahead and bomb one.
What does the West do?
I don’t put it past Putin to roll the dice and do that , betting the west will just incur sanctions, call him a war criminal etc.
Limited nuclear war?

That's a good question, if Putin did do that we would have to take him out.
I don't know if we would do that, atleast probably not after the first one.

We’d actually have to invade Russia or take him out my nuking Moscow.
I’m thinking there’s an even chance Putin will resort to using a nuke if the war goes badly enough for him. At the moment his change in strategy building a land bridge between crimea and Moldova seems to be working. And he’ll go after Moldova next.
I really believe he wants to see how far he can push the West. Hopefully he’s like my wife - once she realizes she’s pushed me too far she backs off and things are calm for a while.

In the immortal words of Barney Fife, nip it in the bud!
