Those morons were not trying to take control of the government.
Trump was still in power.

Yep, that defines 1-6. we do not charge it because it is a long and difficult process to deal with intent. However, the violent acts are easy to prove. That is how the insurrectionists escape the cost for what they really did and wanted to happen.
