Hey - I think Trump is a manchild and his minions that day were simply ridiculous.
And it does not bother me in the SLIGHTEST that the crazy bitch got shot (though I would have preferred she lived - now she can never learn from her mistakes).

All you do is weaken your case.
And it makes people look emotionally unbalanced on the issue.
Further weakening their case.

You always, ALWAYS deliberately understate an accusation in public.
Gauge the public reaction.
And see if they call you to raise it up.
Plus?
It makes you (the complainer) look 'calm in the face of adversity'.
Instead of running around, screaming for 'INSURRECTION' like a headless chicken.

'factual information'

The information in question is the case law.
That is a fact.
It IS official case law.

I am not talking about an opinion.
