#AMERICAISDEAD
We have had guns for over 600 years. We have had the 2nd Amendment for over 200 years. Outside of gang violence during the heyday of the mob, it is only a recent event that you have these events.
One could argue that it was easier to get a gun 60 years ago. The guns are no more deadly today than they were 60 years ago. If anything the gun laws have gotten more strict. They haven't gotten more deadly. But, we have these random acts of violence.
What has changed?
Could it be the coarsening of our culture?
Could it be the moral relativism?
Could it be the violence played out on our screens day in and day out?
Could it be the constant assault on religion?
