Israel has already battle tested the S-300 missile system in Isfahan and found out it's just a serious bag of shite. I still think that attacking Kharg Island makes far more sense as Iran would be seriously fucked up the arse without it.

My well curated grapevine is all over the place on war with Iran...whether it will happen.....There is general agreement that it would be painful for us.
 
There is a lot of surprise that Sec Def Hegseth turned up arguing against war with Iran, but there should not be......the Defense Department has been hard on the alarms about war with Iran for almost a year.

Iran says they have a brand new missile that will absolutely take out our museum piece carriers.

If they do then Dragon/Bear (China/Russia) certainly does as well.
