Again, gun supporters are the best argument against guns.
They seem to think that people with guns can just demand property, and it will be given to them. That they do not need courts or anything, they just demand the property, and it is theirs.
That does work in the short term, but quickly society slams down on that sort of behavior. If 320 IRS special agents began just seizing property at gun point, they would be destroyed within days.

Some people are nuts and shouldn't be allowed to own a computer or drive a car.
Anyone who believes they can steal property with a gun should be shot down where they stand by good guys with guns.
Agreed that society will make their will known when it comes to violent criminals and those seeking to murder Americans.
I tend to think they should not be allowed to own a gun, and if they do own a gun and commit such an act, they should be arrested and stand trial. I see no purpose to more senseless gun deaths.

Red states are notorious for refusing to give felony convictions to white men, so they can keep their guns, or for giving clemency after a felony conviction. You would be surprised by how many felons are legally carrying guns in red states.
Then add onto that it is de facto legal to sell a gun to an ex-felon. Most countries, if a gun you bought is being carried by a felon, you are in serious trouble. In the USA, it is excused.
