I have seen these drag queens in the streets on TV (perhaps the ambulance chaser was present) and they are beyond disgusting.

The USSC has ruled that clothing is protected speech in Tinker v Des Moines.

Not only that telling men they can only wear men's clothes and women they can only wear women's clothes is a violation of the civil rights act since it is discriminating based on sex.

But perhaps the funniest part of the entire bill is that in order to claim they are violating the law, you have to argue that you are sexually aroused by the performance. Do drag queens turn you on, Earl?
