Is gravy going to get cancelled?

I mean they love it in the south and lets be clear Southern Culture it has been decided must die, it has been big on American tables going all the way back to the olden days, the health minders have never liked it....and now as Mark Stein just said on Tucker, now that the Revolution is trying to cancel the day before yesterday.....Does gravy have to go?

Is it now going to be racist to serve gravy at your table?

That and homemade pancakes, pretty much any kind of pancakes, are the the only places this diabetic will carb load for my first meal.

I need my biscuits and gravy, my fav motels used to often be the ones that had biscuits and gravy for breakfast...even if they kinda sucked....as they often did.

I like peanut butter for my pancakes. They'll take my peanut butter from my cold dead hands. I'll still fight for the gravy, but the peanut butter is definitely superior eating.
 
The cultural appropriation in cooking problem has really gotten bad, my wife watches these cooking shows that I used to like, for years now all they are interested in seeing is "you on a plate".....what they do now is take the preconceived ideas of the one cooking and turn that out into food on a plate.....the one who is best determined to do that wins....that is now the point of the show.

I mean What The Actual Fuck?

OMG, used to be with the maple syrup that my grandpa Crozier made in the Sugar Shack back by the pond on the farm in Charlotte Mi.

We used to always have it by the metal tin till they sold the farm.

My cousin turned me on to PBM pancakes.

I was all "R U SURE?"

OH I did not say what I meant to say....gal tins of maple syrup....pretty much all we wanted.....that is what I was forged on.

If you insist upon serving me pancake goo it damn well better have 10% Actual Fucking Maple Syrup like the Canadians do it, they would not think of eating goo straight.
