Is it a Democracy?

It is not every judge anywhere who decides cases involving presidential actions. The ones involving presidential powers and the Constitution are decided by the Supremes. The other judges deal with cases at their levels. Musk lies or does not know better.

Nope, the truth is that if an unelected judge can overrule the elected executive branch then we live under the Dictatorship of the Judiciary. The judiciary must be reeled in. The ONLY judicial office that can constitutionally block Presidential actions is the Supreme Court. This is going to be a constitutional crises.

So is Elon wrong about the USA being a democracy?
 
If the judicial tells the executive that their actions violate the law/constitution, the executive is free to ignore the judicial opinion. It then becomes incumbent upon the legislative to correct the executive. The legislative is the peoples house, therefore the people are in power, thus a democracy

I got a kick out Jarod (not Trump's son-in-law Jarod, thank goodness) that he posted Elon saying any judge stopping presidential action means that we don't live in a so-called democracy. Does this jarod character realize that its been one liberal/democrat judge after another that has been trying to put a stop to practically every action that Trump puts out there; most recently their attempt to stop Trump from firing some of the dems unelected deep state bureaucratic fraudsters? This doesn't even take into account of how non elected liberal judges spent some eight years trying to lock Trump up for ridiculous and non criminal actions. And the dems are ones saying that Trump is destroying our so-called democracy? LOL!

The democrat party are totalitarians. They have no love of anything that restrains absolute power by the party. They are a Stalinist party.
