That's something that has been 'updated' in the last 10-20 years. We are what is called a Representative Republic. I hate to nitpick but that's the truth. Democracy has been thrown around by dictators and totalitarian governments for many years. Marty mentioned North Korea for example: Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK). So, what's your point again?

The idea that some piss-ant judge is willing to ruin their credibility by making such judgements is not surprising considering how bitter, and hate filled libtards are. Not long ago, Judges still had honor and respect for their jobs but these days they're just like libtard politicians, willing to sell out for a little cash in the back pocket.

I predict that the SC will bitch slap them soon and hopefully that will be the end of the unelected fraudsters using their sacred duty to attempt thwarting a duly elected President doing what he was elected to do.

The Supreme Court has no authority over the President's authority of the executive branch of government.
