Is it a Democracy?

I said nothing about authority. I said it's their responsibility to correct it using their powers for checks and balances
The Supreme Court has no authority over the President's authority of the executive branch. They have no say at all. I suggest you read Article III to find out just what the Supreme Court DOES have authority over. They are not God. Don't treat 'em like one.

The Constitution designed it so we have 3 equal branches. They were very clear that there was no imperial presidency. You should read it better. Trump has trouble with that too.
Go look up what 'imperial' means. Buzzword fallacy. You can't blame the way you ignore the Constitution on Trump!

Musk is correct.

When a single unelected judge can by judicial fiat, and without so much as a single legal reason behind it, decide what the law of the entire nation will be, either making new law out of thin air or throwing out law because they disagree with it then we live in a judicial dictatorship, not a democracy.
Not a Sea Lawyer or even a real lawyer, but no single judge can stop it. There's an appeals process all the way to SCOTUS.

OTOH, Sea Lawyers for Trump (SLT) will continue to rant about it since they never question the veracity of President Krasnov or Chancellor Musk.

That is only true if:

1. The decision is appealed.
2. The appeals court or Supreme Court decides to hear the case.

As one judge on the 9th Circuit Court I watched in an interview years ago said (paraphrasing some) "I make law from the bench all the time. Only about one in ten of my decisions goes to appeal. Yea, I lose on every appeal decision, but that means I win nine out of ten times."

Judicial activism and judges making law from the bench are a grave threat to the nation.

1. Duh. You think the Trump lawyers won't?
2. True. If the case has merit, they'll hear it. If it's a POS Trump is just throwing against the wall, they won't. Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezy.

You should read your own quotes more often. Try to sound them out slowly until you see the flaw in your argument.
