Is it a Democracy?

They need to also comprehend "democracy", representative and direct. No country in the world is a direct democracy; all have people in
government acting as elected representatives. There still is some direct democracy at local levels, as in certain American small towns where
meetings of property owners vote on a town budget, for example. But that's the extent of it.
Since all MAGAts are supporting an authoritarian state, I doubt they want to learn anything about a representative democracy.

Every single MAGAt on this forum is an enemy of the Constitution. I hope the Resistance is taking notice.

Much less some district court punk. Trump should just ignore these little wannabe dictators and go about his business as if he wasn't even aware they exist.

What are they really going to do about it? Send the bailiff to arrest him?

It's time to let the hyenas know who is the lion king.
QED on enemy of the Constitution, Joe.

Is there any doubt your neighbors know exactly who and what you are? The staff? Will they do something about it when Krasnov and Chancellor Musk cancel the Midterms? It wouldn't take much.

Not what Musk said, you need a reading comprehension class.
I don't give a shit what Musk said or didn't say. I said it. Those are my words and my opinion. It is you that needs reading comprehension, or maybe just a good dose of being able to think independently rather than rely on talking points given to you by Leftists in the MSM.

The U.S. is a representative democracy. How many times does this have to be said for it to sink in

Judges do not make the rules. Federal rules are made by Congress. Courts interpret the language of the rules and enforce them. Fourth grade civics lesson is now concluded for the day.
More and more, judges do make the rules. If the Supreme Court overturns some law made by Congress, they are the final arbiters of that outcome. If a federal judge rules that an executive order by Trump affecting the executive branch is illegal, and does so as several have recently, without pointing out the law as to how, then that federal judge is making up law out of thin air. The judge is in effect, acting as Congress.

There's a difference between how things are supposed to work and how things actually work.

Sure you do, Terry. You keep supporting everything he does.

I ❤️ Irony It's funny because you support MAGAt talking points daily.

Time until Terry dives into whataboutism or changes the subject: 10...9...8...

A swiftly moving baseball bat and Elon Musk's head genuinely need a swift collision...NOW.

We have a rash of Teslas being vandalized around here.

It's probably not right as some of their owners are liberal "green freaks"
and were politically clueless about Musk when they bought the cars..

Still, everybody that I know finds it quite amusing.

I rely on facts and data, not the claims of madmen

That is only true if:

1. The decision is appealed.
2. The appeals court or Supreme Court decides to hear the case.

As one judge on the 9th Circuit Court I watched in an interview years ago said (paraphrasing some) "I make law from the bench all the time. Only about one in ten of my decisions goes to appeal. Yea, I lose on every appeal decision, but that means I win nine out of ten times."

Judicial activism and judges making law from the bench are a grave threat to the nation.
Which is just the way the Democrats want it.

There is no such thing as a 'representative democracy'. Democracies have no representatives.
Judges do not make the rules.
Too many judges think they can create law. They have no authority to, and such a ruling can be ignored.
Federal rules are made by Congress.
Not just Congress. The President also has authority to create law over any part of the executive branch.
Courts interpret the language of the rules and enforce them.
No court has any authority over the President's executive authority.
Fourth grade civics lesson is now concluded for the day.
They don't teach this stuff anymore in 4th or any other grade.

Word games won't work.

The United States was never a democracy.
There are currently no democracies anywhere in the world.

So you fight cops. Good. You'll eventually get shot.
I doubt they want to learn anything about a representative democracy.
No such thing. A democracy has no representatives.

MAGA isn't a person. Inversion fallacy. DON'T TRY TO START A WAR YOU CANNOT WIN!
I hope the Resistance is taking notice.
What 'resistance'??? You???
