Is there evidence that unions help DEMOCRATS in elections?

This is not a court of law, none of us take notes on our day to day interactions just so Legion can have a link to peruse. I happen to be plugged in to automotive around here, labor and management. I'm OK with that not mattering to you. Nordberg is right though...well, in this, he's wrong on most stuff.

No offense, "trust, but verify" is my motto.

SEIU endorses Biden, boosting DEMOCRAT 2020 ground game

The union, which represents 2 million workers, says it will launch a 40-state, “Essential for Joe” voter turnout campaign.

The Service Employees International Union, which represents 2 million workers in health care, property services and the public sector, announced Thursday that it will throw its grassroots organizing power behind DEMOCRAT nominee Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential campaign.

How does this change the race? By winning SEIU’s endorsement, Biden can tap into a network of tens of thousands of volunteers and political organizers to boost his ground game. The union has announced plans to invest $150 million in a voter engagement campaign targeting infrequent voters of color in several battleground states and has urged Congress to expand voting access during the coronavirus pandemic.

SEIU says its members have already reached out to more than 3 million voters in Florida, California, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania through a text message campaign to help them register and sign up to vote by mail.

SEIU President Mary Kay Henry serves on the Biden task force on health care, helping shape the DEMOCRAT platform. The coalition released its policy recommendations on Wednesday, which called for raising wages for workers to $15 an hour and increasing diversity.

SEIU has also released a 2020 agenda to expand workers’ access to unions, establish universal health care, reform the immigration system and address climate change.

SEIU says it will launch its multi-language, 40-state, “Essential for Joe” campaign, with hundreds of its members focusing on political organizing full time.

The campaign will be “digital first,” utilizing texting and social media on a larger scale to reach voters during the pandemic.

SEIU says it aims to reach more than 6 million voters before the election.

Former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden clinched the support of the 775,000-member International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) on Wednesday, deepening his union backing.

The IBEW’s backing could help the politician who calls himself “Middle-Class Joe.” Unions are a source of power for DEMOCRATS, influencing members’ votes and providing volunteers.

The problem with your motto is that most of the links you use are anecdotal. You rarely post straight data. What you're really saying by doing that is a URL has the magical ability to turn opinion into fact.

Perhaps you are the problem. Next time I ask you for an example either give one or just ignore but don't act like a little bitch.

Could be, but I sense that you are not being transparent.

I am looking for you having the balls to be honest with me,
