I'd like to change my original answer.
After a full year of service, I tried to give Trump benefit of doubt.
But after what Trump said in WV after the train / garbage truck collision, I'm forced to take a less forgiving, more rational position.
Trump is unhinged.
If he was a heavy drinker, I'd hope he'd just sleep it off.
But most reports I've read of it indicate Trump is not much of a drinker at all.
It seems Trump isn't merely a liar, but out of touch with reality.
