Ive been through this with you already. They arent the same thing. Cheating on ones spouse isn't illegal but for some people it is immoral. You want Walmart to act "morally" and thats wonderful but all you have is legality to regulate their choices. They aren't doing anything illegal even though you think its immoral. Do you really want govt regulating morality?
