Isn't it curious; within five minutes of the Times breaking the Trump tax story.....

He hasn't responded with proof.

That's a separate issue. Take it up with OP, Duchess of Deflection.

Meanwhile...just a few hours after the release of the report on Sunday, the former vice president’s campaign started selling merchandise – T-shirts, buttons, and stickers – that say “I paid more income taxes than Donald Trump.”

That smacks of foreknowledge, IMO.

The IRS has said over and over that he can release his taxes despite being under audit, but cons turn a blind eye to that.

So what?

He's not under any obligation to let you see his private information, any more than you're obligated to show us your pap smear.

BTW, haven't leftists claimed that he wasn't really under audit at all?

Nice goalpost move. :D

trump said he can't release his taxes because he's under audit and the IRS says that's false. So maybe he should stop lying about why he won't release them.

How long does it take to create a TV ad?

How about this answer… “it depends”…

Let me back out first to “how long does it take to make a TV commercial?”

I recommend 3–4 months to do it right. Sometimes there’s reason to take longer. Sometimes there are ways to do it faster. But recognize commercials aren’t easy to make succeed - so more planning time is good.

Figure there are steps:
Concepting (including research with consumers to learn about what’ needed to make it succeed). Primarily, this is used to look at options - different ways to cause the result that is needed.
Scripting/boarding (getting a “final” script from the chosen concept).
Pre-production. Planning for shooting and the edit.
Shooting (Principal Photography) (the actual “filming”).
Editing/Post-production (cutting the film together, getting final voice over, adding in motion graphics and animations, all sound and sound mixing, color correction, etc.)
In other words, it takes far longer to MAKE a TV Commercial than to FILM it. But what about filming days?

For a good commercial, the minimum is 2 days. Sometimes there’s a way to do 1 day (we’ve done it) but that’s entirely the exception.
That said, depending on the concept, it may take as many as 7–10 days.

And, major brands often combine shoots for different commercials into very long shoots of 2 weeks.

The Biden ad came out at press time. Dumb fucks.

There's a difference between a normal commercial for a product and a commercial for a campaign.

Time, he has an army of accountants and attorneys to include the Attorney General, try to tell us they need days to put together something to challenge the NYT

OK, I won't tell you that. Ask an attorney who specializes in major civil litigation, if you can find one who'll talk to you.

He doesn't need to prove the failing NYT wrong, BTW. They need to prove they are right. Yet they refuse.

The same way winning Superbowl jerseys are being printed and ready to ship right after the game is over.

I see a flaw in your desperate attempt to deny an embarrassing report.

There are only 2 possible outcomes to a game. That means that designs, artwork, silk screens and type can be set up in advance for both teams, and after the score is announced, the winning team's shirts etc. can be rushed into production.

But there's no logical way that Slow Joe's mercenary merchandising minions could have known that the failing New York Times was going to print an unverified toxic tale of Trump's taxes out of millions of other potential "news" stories likely to occur on a given day...unless they had advance notice.

Collusion. :nodyes:

Was Obama under obligation to show his birth certificate? Of course not, he just wanted Trump to stop the repetitive and endless lying. It did not work. Trump will want you to prove your proof. The audit is irrelevant. Nixon gave out his when he was under audit. Trump could as well. So under audit or not, Trump could and should release his taxes.
That is also why Biden should not give in to drug tests or checking ears. That is permitting a psycho to dictate the terms. That gives him an illusion of control. Fuck Trump. If Biden figured hell with it, check my ears, trump would want to check his asshole. Trump is playing a childish game and Biden should not stoop to Daffy's level.

The US Constitution requires a president to be native born.

Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as president of the United States, under clause 5.

What other evidence would be acceptable?

Snail like slow motion, you mean. Guess that's possible.

Excuse the question, but I'm curious. Do you think posting, "Snail like slow motion, you mean. Guess that's possible", adds force to the logic of your response, or are you merely "snail like" yourself? Thanks.

.....this ad hits the airwaves:

That stench you smell; it's the corrupt corroboration between the PHONY media and the DNC. These aren't journalists trying to find the truth. They are the PRAVDA of the Democratic Party of the Jackass willing to lie, insult and carry out a dishonest agenda to promote a candidate who doesn't know where he is at half the time.

Don't know if this has been raised but a more interesting question is how long has The Times had this story and did they sit on it in order to have an impact in conjunction with the first debate. I hope that isn't so but if it is that's lousy journalism.

Still no proof that the ad went out five minutes after the story broke.

If I'd said that the ad went out five minutes after the story broke, you'd have a point.

Since I don't recall saying that, you don't.

Now, address this issue:

Just a few hours after the release of the report on Sunday, the former vice president’s campaign started selling merchandise – T-shirts, buttons, and stickers – that say “I paid more income taxes than Donald Trump.” Yeah, it's just a HUGE coincidence in the minds of liars, hacks and morons.

I have a theory about that.
