“Former Israeli Defense Minister and opposition lawmaker Avigdor Liberman on Thursday accused Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of authorizing weapons transfers to a criminal gang in Gaza that he likened to the ISIS terrorist group. Netanyahu appeared later in the day to confirm the operation, suggesting it would save the lives of Israeli forces battling Hamas in the Palestinian territory.

"They are receiving weapons from the state of Israel. It's a total madness," Liberman said in a radio interview. "It's unclear to me who approved it."

If it's a "criminal gang" as it's said to be it's also the enemy of ordinary Palestinians, victimizing them one more time.
 
We should stop making moral judgements about war in the Middle East.
The conflict is an organic one, not a moral one.

Israelis and Palestinians are physically and mentally unable to coexist with one another.
As long as any members of either faction exist, they are going to insist on killing one another.

A two state solution is what many of us would like to see,
but a one people solution with the other people the victims of genocide is how it has to end.
There's simply too much evidence confirming that to make any other view valid.

Don't try to pick a good and bad guy
in a situation that's about
"us and them," not about "right and wrong."

You can pick which side you'd prefer to win--
I'm personally all in with the Israelis--
but don't waste your time making moral judgements.
This is a situation where they simply don't apply.

Yes, they've been ordered to loot any incoming aid for the purposes of blaming the Palestinian resistance. Hamas will execute them when caught, doubtless.
Israel and the US did the same immediately after the 2006 Palestinian elections, which HAMAS won by a landslide. That resulted in the isolation of Gaza and the installation of the puppet president, Abbas.
 
Why, one might ask, would some Palestinians accept money from the goblin, Netanyahu, to turn against their own people ? Some might, although the amounts must be enormous for them to walk into almost certain death in Gaza. Others , such as Mohammed Dahlan, US/Israel's man in Abu Dhabi, are traitors for power;

Hamas is the enemy of ordinary Palestinians. Hamas does nothing good for Gazans.
They start a war knowing full well the Israelis will inflict 1000 X’s worse damage as they always do and then inbed themselves among civilians, a war crime.
Sure that ‘criminal gang’ is criminal to Hamas no different than Nazi resistance were criminals to the SS.
Gazans need to be rid of Hamas, that we know. They are doing no favors for Gazans.
