Israel has the same right to exist as the US does, As Cuba does after castros takeover, as any new government that would rule over somalia, if ever one takes hold. why don't you explain why Israel has no right to exist and what should happen to all of it's citizens.

Israel DOES NOT have the same right as USA to exist. Cuba and Somalia would not be taken over by foreigners with foreign people flooding in by the millions unhindered.

Israel has NO RIGHT to exist because the land is NOT their land. They are an occupying force, occupying land that DOES NOT belong to them.

An occupying force is one that has not been recognized by the international community as a country in their own right. You are correct, absent some crazy assertion that the land is theirs because the bible says so, they really had no RIGHT to move to British controlled Palestine. HOWEVER, they did, they were not deported and in 1948 they were recognized as an autonymous government. They have been such for 64 years so they now have that right. AND just so your clear, they were basically allowed to stay there because NO OTHER NATION wanted the Jews. Unfortunately, before they recognized as a country, they engaged in overt acts of terror to get there way. The Arabs saw that it was possible to engage in acts of terrorism and still be recognized as a country and they have been trying to duplicate that since.

The UN partitioned the land but neither side agreed to the borders. Even though some can argue that the international community(Governments not people) recognize the state of Israel? it is the state assigned to them by the UN. Israel continues to expand ILLEGALLY into designated Palestinians territory that is NOT recognized by the UN, nor the international community!

Under what LAW does the international community recognize Israel's right to exist? The law/rule of might makes right?

No other nation wanted the jews??? They seem to be living fine all over the world!!!

Wrong. The Brits made a deal with the Palestinians who fought with their blood to drive the ottomans out! The problem is they also made a deal with the jews who were financing the war.

When the Brits realized there mistake? The renaged on their promise to the jews, but the jews kept immigrating anyways in huge waves. When the Brits could not stop them they handed it over to the UN. Therefore the Brits have never officially declared Israel a new nation. Only Israel did that.

Also if Israel were to stay on their partitioned side as per designated by the UN? There would not be this problem though it is clear that Israel will not settle until they have occupied all of Palestine, their constant illegal expansion into Palestinian designated territory makes that perfectly clear. Also the fact that they are trying to block the UN recognizing Palestine as a nation is also another OBVIOUS sign.

normally I love a good debate with you, but you're not making any sense with this one. trying to put some sort of statute of limitations on the conquering of a nation is blatantly ignoring the absurdity of your own argument to make yourself right.

The Palestinians were there long before the Jews were.Before 1947 that land was the nation of Palestine.
