Issues That Favor Democrats

what are they?

A zygote is a fertilized egg. An embryo is the differentiation stage of growth. From the moment fertilization occurs, that cell has all it needs. It is that animal from that point on, assuming nothing interrupts it, like killing it for convenience. A human zygote will never become anything than a human. A chicken zygote will never become anything other than a chicken.

Once the zygote implants itself in the uterine wall, the women's body will detect it and begin preparing her body for the eventual baby.

They're clumps of cells.

Did you know that the Christian idea of "life at conception" is relatively modern? In the Middle Ages, the Catholic Church ran abortion clinics for early-stage abortions. The church went by the so-called "forty-day rule," which stated that the soul doesn't enter baby's body until the mother feels it move within her. Until the baby kicks, abortion would have been a venial sin.

People back then simply had no idea about sperm and egg cells. They didn't know how or when conception actually occured. It was only with the invention of the microscope and the discovery of these cells that people began to figure it out, and this was when Holy Mother Church started with their "life at conception" idea.

But, really, it's just a clump of cells at that early stage. You're not killing a human when you abort an embryo. It's not a sentient, conscious being.

Human zygotes and human embryos are. They are not going to be anything else.

Women's bodies reject fertilized eggs all the time. Couples try to get pregnant and sometimes her body will reject the fertilized egg. Your god aborts more babies this way than all the abortion clinics in the world combined.

So if you are unconscious, you are not human. Gotit.

That's not what I said. There's a difference between temporarily losing consciousness versus lacking the capacity for it. There's also the moral and legal gray area of someone who permanently loses the capacity it. I don't understand why you're still being a twat about this.

They're clumps of cells.
So are you. That, by your own definition, means you are not human.

Lie.
In the Middle Ages, the Catholic Church ran abortion clinics for early-stage abortions.
Murder is still murder, even if condoned by the Catholic Church.
People back then simply had no idea about sperm and egg cells.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! You don't get to speak for the dead!

You are just a clump of cells, so you are not human. It's okay to kill you, especially if you are sleeping or unconscious.

If the zygote fails to implant in the uterus, it will die. That is not an abortion.

It IS what you said. Don't lie. Anyone that wants to can go back and read your posts.

None.

None.

Insults are not an argument.
