It appears that shooter in Texas has slipped the law

Remember the shooting in Cleveland TX a couple of days ago? Eight dead. The shooter was a Mexican national...

Seems law enforcement can't find the guy and has no clue where he is. I'd suggest they try MEXICO! With the border open, it wouldn't have been hard for him to cross back into Mexico and evade justice in the US...

'Zero leads' in manhunt for suspect in Texas family shooting: FBI

Just one more reason Joke's open borders and lack of enforcement of immigration laws is failing Americans... Fuck you Joke Biden!

The fact you like to make jokes about mass murder says how far you've sunk, Terry.

1. Was there an official press release stating that the suspect was an illegal alien or here on a Visa or something to that effect? And do you know how many dangerous and armed criminals DON'T go over the Mexican border, but are NOT found by cops? James "Whitey" Bulger comes to mind.

2. He used and is armed with an AR-15 weapon....BOUGHT HERE IN THE U.S.A. A weapon FORMERLY BANNED ON THE 1994 AWB list.

Who's "making a joke?" That happens all the time in the Southwest US. Some illegal hits your car and injures you. They have no insurance and flee the country. You get screwed. Some illegal commits a serious crime. They flee the country to avoid arrest and prosecution.

That Biden has made the border a joke makes it just that much easier for illegals to flee when they commit a crime.

1. He likely was here illegally. You have no proof to the contrary.

2. You don't know how he purchased the weapon, but his mere possession of it was a felony. He was a Mexican national, that makes him ineligible to buy or possess an AR-15 in the US.

Let's add:

Under Texas law his firing his rifle in his yard in a municipal area was a class A misdemeanor (just short of a felony) called "Deadly Conduct."
https://texascriminaldefensegroup.c...earm,area, even if no one is actually injured.

So, this asswipe wasn't a US citizen, shouldn't have been in possession of an AR 15, shouldn't have been firing it where he was, and probably a whole raft of other laws he broke.

Late edit. Seems law enforcement in Texas is saying the shooter in this case is indeed an illegal criminal alien:

https://www.justplainpolitics.com/s...-illegals-in-TX-had-been-deported-THREE-TIMES!!!

If he has been deported three times, then he's done time in the US in prison, and committed an additional felony by reentering the US.

Totally accurate too. Butthurt by that?

Where do YOU think a Mexican national in the US who just murdered eight (8) people would flee to? Mexico has only limited extradition to the US, so the guy is safe there if that's where he is.

The border is exactly as open as it was when Trump was in office.

1. So by your "logic", you can state something as a positive "fact" (which you did earlier here) even though YOU HAVE NO SUBSTANTIAL PROOF OF SUCH. Essentially, you treat your bigoted mental flatulence as reality. Boy, Q-ANON really has a disciple in you!

But in this particular case, you turn out to be right! What we do know is that he is a Mexican national who was deported 3 times....the last time was in 2016 (under the Orange Oaf's watch). How he got back into the country bares examination. Being deported can mean prior (detainment) in local lock up, but not necessarily penitentiary. Again, this bares examination...and I've got no problem with that.

2. You should proof the drivel you write before you hit the "post quick reply" button. First off, if said weapon was purchased BEFORE THE INACTION OF THE 1994-2004 BAN, it was legal. After the ban sunset, it became legal to purchase it again. You think EVERYONE is lying about the FACT that the LEGALLY PURCHASED AR-15 (style) weapons have continuously popped up in mass shootings since 2004 to present? Jeez man, get it together and spare us all this gun monkey troll act!

But remember the gun monkey rules .... a private citizen who legally buys a weapon should be able to sell it to anyone he wants to WITHOUT gov't interference of any kind. So by your own beliefs, some joker sold this assault weapon to a 3 time deported foreign national (cash only) who subsequently committed a crime. Kind of makes my proposal to treat guns like cars (operation test, licensing, registration, documented ownership transfer) a bit more palatable, n'cest pas?

He is almost without a doubt headed for or is in Mexico.

He has been deported 3 times according to the Sheriff.

We're assuming this really happened?

He has been deported 3 times according to the Sheriff.

Yep, and that means he did at least some federal time for illegal reentry. After all, only the first time is a misdemeanor. A second and third reentry are felonies, another reason his possession of the rifle was illegal. Felons can't own firearms.

In fact, he has definitely done time since he is listed on the federal bureau of prisons site by his register number

FRANCISCO OROPEZA
Register Number: 13208-023

https://www.bop.gov/inmateloc/

So, he is a serial felon, illegally in the US, a repeat offender, and a Mexican national. Basically, why the FUCK was he even in the US?

The shooting clearly happened, and the facts suggest what I've said. This guy fled to Mexico to avoid being arrested and charged. If he's caught, he's finished. He's going to prison for life or get a death penalty (hopefully).

It clearly happened? Why do you believe that? The media told you?
