Nope, and currently neither does anyone else. His history is sporadic....deported in March of 2009 but was nailed again in September 2009. Then he was nailed again in January of 2012, and last in July of 2016. So for you to ASSUME that he waited until mid 2020 to return is speculative at best. Remember, the dates listed are when he was caught...no record as to when exactly he came after the previous deportation.

So I'll give you this: You are correct that I'm incorrect in assuming he returned before 2020....but you're wrong to assume he returned after 2020. So let's wait until the pros can figure it out.

Meanwhile, I seriously doubt he purchased his weapons in Mexico and snuck them across the border during his last illegal entrance. In all these years, I haven't heard of the ATF busting single illegals with AR-15's at the border.
