It's interesting that a thread about leadership and multiple folks can only think of one (the same) person in the world. No actual thoughts on what leadership entails and if people we consider historical leaders possess these traits...

We could think of hundreds of leaders to discuss but take Steve Jobs who led Apple to becoming the most valuable company in the world. How many times have your heard nice associated with his name?

it is difficult to be a good leader and a good person for example jimmy carter was a good person and bill clinton was despite his personal flaws a good leader

We have a president who robbed his charity. How low can you go? How about the first days in office, Trump and family looted the money donated for the inauguration. We know what Trump is, and it isn't pretty.

Oh pls, you know they would have paid back the money~sooner or later, IF THEY HAD TOO & would have already done so if they knew NY state was serious.....

Those bribes, I mean "donations" were put to good use, as are the "donations" the criminal organization receives via family enterprise daily..:whome:

Did you play sports growing up? Think about the best coaches. His many were “kind” and “nice”? That has nothing to do with religion or race. Many were hard asses that demanded the most from you. But you respected them and for some would run through a wall for them. That’s leadership.

That really is weird.

Proverbs 11:29

29Whoever brings ruin on their family will inherit only wind, and the fool will be servant to the wise.

Proverbs has a lot to offer.

As always, the Bible is cherry-picked for what they want it to say. This was copied from an evangelical Trump-supporting family member's social media. This is how they rationalize their support of the Toadstool:

In all fairness this meme has been around for ages. It started out as more of a "We all make mistakes, God forgives us, we can still be of service to him." But now it's been twisted into this -- justification for supporting an unrepetent, ungodly, non-Xtian criminal.

Who are considered some of the biggest leaders the world has seen? Hitler, Castro, Mao Zedong are among the names you will see in various lists. Would you consider any of those three kind, nice and a good person?
