It was the state attorney's office, not local authorities

So you and I don't have a right to follow someone, it that what you claiming.....
One instance of following a person constitutes 'stalking'.....?
He wasn't told not to, he was he didn't have to do it.....
He didn't challenge the boy at all, not with his hands or his gun, he was attacked

Your scenario is pure bullshit....and mis-characterizes the facts as we have heard them.....

The FACT is that Zimmerman left his vehicle to chase after Martin, as heard on the 911 tape.

After discussing his location with the dispatcher, Zimmerman exclaimed, "Shit, he's running," and the following sounds suggest he left his vehicle to run after Martin.

"Are you following him?" the dispatcher asked. Zimmerman replied: "Yep."
"Okay, we don't need you to do that," the dispatcher warned.

his clothes man, his clothes man, no blood

as for how long, we need a time line, but no blood on his clothes

you can't tell any of that from the video. his jacket is red btw....tell me...what color is blood?

the video proves absolutely nothing. why are you so intent on convicting him? if he was black, would you still feel the same way? see what i did there....

that is at one point. he claims he was heading back to his vehicle. you weren't there, yet you're passing speculation off as fact and convicting him before you have remotely enough evidence.

Zimmerman said he was following Martin, per the 911 tape. I quoted from the 911 tape. Where is Zimmerman's claim that he was heading back to the SUV?

George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch crime captain who shot dead 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, originally told police in a written statement that Martin knocked him down with a punch to the nose, repeatedly slammed his head on the ground and tried to take his gun, a police source told ABC News.

Zimmerman had claimed he had called police about Martin, whom he found suspicious, then went back to his car when Martin attacked him, punching him.

The new information is the most complete version yet of what Zimmerman claims happened on the night of Feb. 26 when he shot and killed the teenager.

Are you saying Martin was a suspicious person, and you weren't there? Speculation.

did i say martin was? i asked what law says you can't follow "A" suspicious person. you're claiming zimmerman did not have the "right" to follow him. so again, tell me the law that says zimmerman could not follow him if HE thought he was acting suspicious. you claimed it was solely because he was black, then you used his words which showed it was not just that.

stop jumping the gun before you know all the facts. you did the same thing in the loughner matter and ate serious crow for it.

Did you read the entire article? Why did Zimmerman get out of the car, if not to confront Martin.

Martin's girlfriend had said in a recording obtained exclusively by ABC News that she heard Martin ask Zimmerman "why are your following me, and then the man asked, what are you doing around here." She then heard a scuffle break out and the line went dead.

he hassled him? what law says you can't follow a suspicious person? he broke no laws following him.

Just like their use of the word "stalking", when they don't even know what the word means or is used.
It's all about saying it enough, until it's not even questioned.

Maybe everyone else should start referring to Martin's actions as "thug like" and see how well that goes over!!

again...that proves jack shit. you're passing off second hand information as fact. you have no clue what treatment he was given or what he declined...if he did.

From the article you cited:

"In the video an officer is seen pausing to look at the back of Zimmerman's head, but no abrasions or blood can be seen in the video and he did not check into the emergency room following the police questioning."

you asked me for zimmerman's claim...i gave it to you. the rest has nothing to do with zimmerman's claim....it is just more evidence on what MIGHT have actually happened. unlike you, i'm not jumping the gun convicting him and making all kinds of wild accusations.

what is it with you liberals....the report notes his nose and back of his head were bloody and he had grass stains on the back of his clothes. that video is not very clear and proves nothing. he does not prove he was not treated AT the SCENE. not going to the emergency room is vastly different than being treated on the scene. paramedics were likely called in.

again, you guys are passing speculation off as fact and convicting him without knowing the full story. just like you guys blamed conservatism for loughner's actions.

white or black, he chased after the unarmed kid and shot and killed him after being told that, 'we do not need you to do that'

i have always maintained that we need more information, not leaks, but real proven information

the color of dried blood is dark reddish brown, not red, that is the color of fresh blood

medical care was offered and declined

so why all of the conflicting statements
