Shouldn't someone who shot another at close range, while they were on top of them, in fact, according to Zimmerman, have more blood splatter on them?

I have never shot anything at close range and don't know much about the weapon used, but would they clean you up at the scene? And then take you to the police station?

You're lying; because according to the 911 call and Zimmermans account, Martin was the one who accosted Zimmerman.
If Martin feared Zimmerman, he had many opportunities to avoid him; but since he CHOSE to confront him, there is no claim of him being the victim.

i believe they take the clothes as evidence. i'm not sure the clothes he was wearing are the same clothes the altercation took place in....i have no idea what happened though or when that video took place.

Your opinion, I was on the band wagon fr an investigation and in my opinion it seems Zimmerman should have a trial, the self defense angle doesn't seem to apply.

Oh I see...you're allowed to have your own personal level at which you are allowed to feel "threatened", but everyone else isn't...got it!

you got jack. the key word in the laws for SYG are 'reasonable'. of course 'reasonable' can certainly take on one meaning for some and something else completely for others, but I wouldn't expect anyone to think that a mickey mouse ears hat would be unsettling, or even someone wearing clown makeup, but then again, would you feel threatened by it? that is something you'd have to explain to a jury of your peers.
