They may not have tested for it. I don't know do you? Plus, I didn't say he was on it at the time. His liver showed liver damage. Very rare for a 17 year old with no other risk factors. Highly suggestive of drug use.

It remains irrelevant. His intentions on what to do with the skittles and juice doesn't change the fact that is all he had. It doesn't change the fact that he wasn't doing the 'drug' at the time of the incident.

even if he was the biggest drug user on the planet... what does that have to do with this case? These ingredients were not used the night of his death. So what is your point?
