Maybe, but I doubt it's that easy. A) It's a global economy now - so much depends on Greece, foreign markets, etc., and B) I don't think there is a mix that you can just add water to in order to restore CONFIDENCE, which is the nagging issue & thorn in the economy's side.
The things you mention will effect the marketplace as it currently exists. My own thought on that is that, even if it's humming, the current marketplace doesn't offer enough for a gangbuster kind of recovery.
A new revolution is needed, a la industrial, technological, transportation, etc.
5) Transportation... convert our system over to nat gas.
6) Energy... use any and all available resources we have. Drill baby drill... because WE control the environmental regulations for the oil and nat gas we produce. We do NOT control production outside of the US (or its waters)
