It’s been revealed Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin was involved in a plot where prison staffers stole Ghislaine Maxwell’s attorney-client emails

A wistleblower contacted Raskin's staff.

You've gotta learn not to take those RWNJ sites as gospel all the time.
Raskin RECEIVED Illegally obtained information and he KNEW IT

Situations where a whistleblower might break the law

No, a whistleblower should not "take" attorney mail or documents protected by attorney-client privilege, as this can have severe legal consequences, even if the intent is to gather evidence

Emails are protected by attorney-client privilege if they are confidential communications between a client and an attorney, for the purpose of seeking or giving legal advice, and are not disclosed to third parties
.

And Raskin received this illegally obtained info

What are you alleging was blatantly illegal?

You do know that illegal means it had to violate an actual law, right?

Receiving attorney-client privileged information is often against the law, especially if the information was stolen or disclosed improperly

  • Legal consequences: It is illegal to steal, """""receive, or use information"""" that is protected by attorney-client privilege.
Raskin received it and used it

That is incorrect. See one more post up from this one too... You can't seem to stop yourself.
Once again, you are relying on bullshit spouted by an AI instead of the actual law.

This is what Maxwell's lawyer stated.

"The provision of those emails to a federal official who then caused them to be shared with the media is a breach of constitutional protections including the First, Sixth and Fourteenth amendments afforded to all prisoners."
The breach likely violated her rights but that doesn't make Raskin's actions illegal under any law.

So let me ask a third time.

What are you alleging was blatantly illegal and was by a Democrat?

You do know that illegal means it had to violate an actual law, right?

Incorrect again.

It is illegal to use, to give out and publish, information obtained from the theft of attorney client privileged information. You simply cannot see past the color of the jersey. In reality if this is attorney client information, the theft and the release of the information is illegal, the use of the information is also illegal, it is not, and cannot be, protected by whistleblower laws.

I see you still haven't cited an actual law.
The person that took the information likely committed the crime.
It is not a crime for a member of Congress to reveal information given to them by a whistleblower even if the whistleblower obtained the information illegally. Maxwell's lawyer hasn't accused Raskin of any crime. Only of ignoring his duties as a lawyer.

So let's do this a fourth time -

An attorney for Ghislaine Maxwell denied that her client is seeking a commutation of her sentence and said prison staffers have been fired after leaking her emails to congressional Democrats.

The statement comes after House Judiciary Committee Democrats released an email Maxwell sent to her lawyer with the subject line “commutation application.” Provided by a whistleblower, the source also relayed information indicating the associate of the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has been receiving “concierge-style treatment” since Maxwell was transferred to a lower security prison.

Maxwell’s attorney, Leah Saffian, said her client has not tried to exit prison before the end of her 20-year sentence while bashing employees for providing the email.

“Contrary to Rep. [Jamie] Raskin’s (D-Md.) assertion, Ms Maxwell has not requested a commutation — or made a Pardon — application to the second Trump Administration,” sh
