HE says, "they let you", but its clear that is an assumption on his part.. they let you get away with it even though they don't like it? That's what it sounds like to me, and clearly many other people. How does he know they want him to do it, because he doesn't even wait.

You are twisting his words. And interpreting what you want them to mean. Taken in their broader context, he is saying women are essentially groupies. Which we all know to be true.

When you are a star they let you do it. We all know that to be true. But your narrative works for you. If this were a politician you support, I 100% guarantee you would be honing in on the "they let you" just like you said Monica was a willing participant and not a victim of the power of the Presidency and drawn like a groupie.
