I saw on Periscope at least one of the injured worked at a PP, may not be true.
 
Reports on the scene are that at least one shooter had tactical gear.
 
One thing we do know this is actual organized terrorism. Three shooters and they apparently escaped.

I don't get the political point to shooting up a disability conference unless it was a random target, like a marathon.
 
they're also checking the place for bombs. Sounds like this was more of a coordinated attack than just a shooting. (of course a lot of early information turns out to be wrong but that's whats being stated so far)

So, there is a report that the only shooting took place at a disability center? You may be correct. I don't know, I am only reporting what I am hearing from unconfirmed reports.
