Most super-rich do not pay taxes. Same for many corporations. We have a huge military and a complicated and difficult system to mrun. I know just eliminate all taxes and the problem is solved.. No IRS needed,
 
A consumption tax, charged at the point of sale, could replace the IRS's insane tax system.

Simple tax percentage, and no one dodges or avoids paying it.

if you don't pay taxes you owe you go to jail......people who say the rich don't pay taxes NEVER know how much in taxes actually pay.......they just see demmycunts saying "pay their fair share"..........demmycunts think that their own "fair share" is zero......
 
We have tax structures that have been established by Congress. The function of the URS is to see that those taxes are paid. That is what they do. I guess being a Trumpy makes you think America can be run without revenue.

Without asking me to read this drivel all the way through can you short-story how the US Government will run? What revenue will it have?

Please say "nation wide salestax" because that's gonna hit you a lot harder than it does me. Or say "Flat tax" since that, too, will hit you much harder than me.

Either way you have to find SOME WAY to get revenue into the US government because Musk's SpaceX needs a customer.

The US Tax Code is a joke and a nightmare. But income taxes like our system have, at their core, a means of making them more equitable for all income levels.

The other "methods" you are thinking about won't have that ability likely. National sales tax would basically throw the poor into a high tax bracket immediately by forcing them to pay as much in tax as the billionaire next door on goods. The "Fair Tax" or "flat tax" is equally skewed to harm the poor moreso as well.

I can't think of any good methods to hit our revenue numbers without an income tax. But I'm open to hearing what your "ideas" are.
