The USA is the only civilized country, in the world, where corporations are ALLOWED to make a profit selling health insurance to human beings.
The rest of the world see this as a moral issue.

In my opinion the next step is a public option, it would solve the current problem by adding psudo-competition to an industry that does not have it.
