Jack Posobiec

Far-right commentator Jack Posobiec is a current host on One America News Network (OANN), an information network widely known to distort facts and which has been embraced by President Trump. This investigation has found that Posobiec — a Trump favorite — has collaborated with white supremacists, neo-fascists and antisemites for years, while producing propaganda that Trump and his inner circle have publicly celebrated.

“Jack Posobiec’s extensive ties to white supremacists should serve as a wake-up call for anyone who hasn’t made the connection between Trump’s MAGA movement and hate,” said Michael Edison Hayden, the SPLC senior investigative reporter who uncovered the story about Posobiec and his ties to white supremacy and the White House.

THE SPLC is a hate group, racist devil worhshipping Jew.

I wasn’t alive at the time to have hated them.

I don’t read enough of him to parrot. Does he say nazis don’t really exist anymore?

Hatred of certain Christian groups.
Marxism
Now it's groups, not Christians.

Do you consider Westboro Baptist church to be a hate group?

Can you document from a valid source PRECISELY and in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS what the SPLC did that meets the criteria for being s hate group? We'll wait.
First let's define this:

A hate group is a social group that advocates and practices hatred, hostility, or violence towards members of a race, ethnicity, nation, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other designated sector of society.

Example 1 of the SPLC inspiring terrorism against groups they hate:

Among the witnesses for the hearing was Tony Perkins, president of Family Research Council, which was the victim of an SPLC-inspired terror attack in 2012.

“On August 15, 2012, our organization experienced firsthand what happens when inflammatory rhetoric is legitimized by respected institutions,” Perkins testified. “That morning, an armed LGBTQ activist named Floyd Corkins entered FRC headquarters with a loaded semi-automatic pistol, nearly 100 rounds of ammunition, and 15 Chick-fil-A sandwiches. He later admitted to the FBI that his intention was to ‘kill the people in the building’ and stuff the sandwiches into his victims’ mouths as a political statement.”

This is an example of the SPLC using inflammatory language to incite violence against a group they hate.

Example 2.

In 2024, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) added Genspect to its “hate map” without providing evidence of hatred, incitement to violence, or discriminatory conduct on our part. This designation appears to stem from disagreement with our position that medical interventions for gender distress—especially for young people—should be approached with appropriate caution, transparency, and rigorous scientific oversight.

Again, the SPLC labeled a group they disagree with politically on the issue of LGBTPDQ... to smear them with lies, and incitements to violence.

Example 3

Former Senior Fellow at the SPLC Mark Potok, who served as editor-in-chief of the SPLC’s Intelligence Report, spoke publicly and frankly on different occasions about the SPLC’s real purpose regarding hate group labeling saying, “Our criteria for a ‘hate group,’ first of all, [has] nothing to do with criminality or violence. ... It's strictly ideological. ... I want to say plainly that our aim in life is to destroy these groups, to completely destroy them.”
That is an open admission by a (former) senior staffer at the SPLC stating their intent towards groups they label as hate groups.

Example 4

This conservative Christian group sued the SPLC all the way to the Supreme Court, winning each time against repeated appeals by the SPLC:

As part of discovery in this case the following was entered into evidence:

"The SPLC's stated motivation is to 'destroy' groups with which it disagrees, and it accomplishes this objective by falsely labeling nonviolent organizations as 'hate groups," Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said in a press release. "This label is false and those who rely upon it must stop."

That is the very definition of a hate group.

It's a testimony. No examples were given. Unless you point out the inflammatory statements made by SPLC.

Genspect is anti LGBT and supports forced conversion therapy.
Again, the SPLC labeled a group they disagree with politically on the issue of LGBTPDQ... to smear them with lies, and incitements to violence.
Link to where they incited violence.

Another anti LGBT sentiment.
That is the very definition of a hate group.
You have not shown them to be a hate group.

SPLC does not hate or shun anyone.

Let's be honest, who didn't see this coming???

It's a testimony. No examples were given. Unless you point out the inflammatory statements made by SPLC.

That's a red herring in the form of a non sequitur. I gave the standard definition as listed in multiple dictionaries and online encyclopedia sites. My definition stands unless you can refute it with something approaching facts.
Genspect is anti LGBT and supports forced conversion therapy.

Irrelevant. The SPLC used their site to influence and incite persons to carry out terrorist attacks against that group. That makes the SPLC a "hate group" per the standard definition. It doesn't matter who they targeted, but rather what their actions were.
Link to where they incited violence.

I did. You ignored it.

Again, a non sequitur on your part. He said it, and it fits the definition of a hate group to a tee.
Another anti LGBT sentiment.

Irrelevant. The SPLC used their site to incite others to act against this group.
You have not shown them to be a hate group.

SPLC does not hate or shun anyone.
I have demonstrated that their own personnel define the SPLC as a hate group. The courts define the SPLC as a hate group as shown in the case I linked to.

The SPLC is a hate group.

You linked to someone's testimony. That in itself is a red herring. It doesn't show that SPLC is a hate group.
Irrelevant. The SPLC used their site to influence and incite persons to carry out terrorist attacks against that group. That makes the SPLC a "hate group" per the standard definition. It doesn't matter who they targeted, but rather what their actions were.
So link to the incitements. An example of what could be an incitement to violence is Trump saying to fight like hell.
Anything like that on SPLC site?
I did. You ignored it.
Where?
Again, a non sequitur on your part. He said it, and it fits the definition of a hate group to a tee.
So you admit it?
Irrelevant. The SPLC used their site to incite others to act against this group.
Again, where are the incitements? Link them. Quote them.
I have demonstrated that their own personnel define the SPLC as a hate group. The courts define the SPLC as a hate group as shown in the case I linked to.
What courts? And no you have not.

Question: Is it hate to label Westboro Baptist church as a hate group?

Be honest.
The SPLC is a hate group.
You have not shown that.

They do not hate Christians and Muslims.

You linked to someone's testimony. That in itself is a red herring. It doesn't show that SPLC is a hate group.

Look the goddamned definition up! I posted it. That isn't a red herring.
So link to the incitements. An example of what could be an incitement to violence is Trump saying to fight like hell.
Anything like that on SPLC site?

Whataboutism. That's just a No True Scotsman.

You ignored the definition I gave.
Again, where are the incitements? Link them. Quote them.

I did. You ignored them.
What courts? And no you have not.

Again, I gave the links. Are you really that pedantic, or stupid, that you can't follow a link embedded in a link I posted?
Question: Is it hate to label Westboro Baptist church as a hate group?

Irrelevant. A tu quoque fallacy.
Be honest.

You have not shown that.

They do not hate Christians and Muslims.
So you claim. The courts and numerous others say differently.

Link to those courts stating that SPLC is a hate group.

"A hate group is a social group that advocates and practices hatred, hostility, or violence towards members of a race, ethnicity, nation, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other designated sector of society."

Yes. So where does SPLC meet the criteria? They simply call those groups out for their "hostility" towards those members, LGBT being an example.

By your logic, you calling Antifa a hate group means you hate people who oppose fascism.

Question: Why are you doing this? I know you like to be contrary on purpose, but this isn't like you.

I've never seen a white nationalist, Pedo President supporting MAGAt ever have anything nice to say about SPLC. Ever.
