He admitted withholding the targets' names from the judge who approved subpoenaing the Speaker's personal data just 16 days after being sworn in, plus dozens of other Republicans. On record, dumbass.

He spied on the Speaker and GOP lawmakers, then got a gag order to keep the phone carrier from ever telling McCarthy about it. How? In that filing, he told the judge the unnamed 'target' was a flight risk if they learned of the probe. The Speaker of the House, a flight risk. Lol. In the real world, that's fraud. It's textbook overreach at the very least.

'Flight risk' for the guy with Secret Service-level protection? Pathetic lie. It's obvious overreach and a straight-up assault on the Constitution, all to hide unlawful spying on Congressmen with zero probable cause, just a fishing expedition hoping to stumble on something dirty.
