You are so dishonest. He held a rally as close to the capitol as he could get. It just happened to be on 1-6, the day the electoral college is certified. It was at the same time as the joint congress was meeting. He scheduled a series of speakers who roused up the crowd with violent rhetoric. Daffy Donald ended it with his if you don't fight you are losing your country speech. The rally was planned and organized over several weeks.

Are you glad that Trump is above the law? That SCOTUS granted him a great deal more leeway to conduct business than is appropriate? Are you happy that all the investigations are shutting down because he is President now?

Biden governed like presidents in the past did, He recognized the checks and balances that Trump and his Supremes are destroying. Trump wrote the menu and we are forced to eat it.

You need to stop relying on fake news.
Jack Smith is required by law to complete a report before he leaves as special counsel. (The Mueller Report) The DOJ can't force him to resign. While the case against Trump can't be pursued while Trump is President Smith has indicted others and those cases can continue until either Trump pardons the criminals or they go to trial.
