Simply telling them to go into the Capitol is not inciting anything. Crimes like inciting a riot or insurrection are very hard to prove. If you read the case law you have to prove the person would not have acted without the speaker's urging and it has to be immediate and emotional.

One of the videos of Eppes was the night before which is not immediate. Many of the people convicted of inciting a riot during the 1960's during Vietnam and and other protests had their cases overturned.

Did Eppes incite an insurrection?

Yeah, one of them was an assault on The United States Congress in an attempt to overturn a Presidential election. The "allegations" are now court convictions and prison sentences. As for those apprehended in connection with violence at BLM demonstrations, they too have been subject to the criminal justice system. What's your point?
