Odd that nobody seems to be interested.

US election law prohibits non-resident foreigners from contributing to political campaigns, including inaugurations. Donors or campaigns who “knowingly and willfully” breach this rule may be fined or prosecuted.

That was a right wing type response. The thread is about a check the rightys believe shows something, what? Who knows. They see a check, assume it is real and shows corruption. Why? Because they want to believe it. Who the hell writes checks nowadays?

The White House doesn’t have to prove anything, douchenozzle. Your hotshot investigators should have no problem finding any check. Even though there doesn’t have to be one, does there?

Did you know Joe made around $11 million in 2017 and another $6-7 million in 2018 for his book deals? Tons of money to loan a piddling $200,000 to his brother.

If there is ZERO evidence of a loan, particularly one that big, it's pretty much game over. The chain of known transactions with this $200,000 is damning right now. A company facing bankruptcy that Joke's brother was known to be influence pedaling to wires him $200,000. The next day--NEXT DAY--Joke's brother cuts him a check for the exact same amount claiming it was a loan repayment.

It looks like what it is: Influence pedaling and a quid pro quo using money laundering.

It's not that hard to see, unless you are in denial. Biden's brother was known to be influence pedaling to the corporation involved. That corporation gave $200,000 through a wire transfer to Joke's brother. The very next day, Joke's brother cuts Joke a check for the same, exact, amount the corporation gave him. That's money laundering in a quid pro quo scheme. If Joke Bribem can't produce text messages, e-mails, phone calls, paperwork, or anything like that showing he loaned his brother $200,000 it's pretty much a done deal that he was in the scam.

It was in '18, but my first reaction was to wonder why it wasn't an electronic transaction.
I wondered why Republicans weren't the least bit concerned about trump's financial scandals and how they pertain to national security? If that qualifies as a 'Right Wing type response', then so be it.

Nope. I Am 80 and well past checks. I know nobody who uses checks. Somehow Biden family wanted a paper trail for you Trumpys to follow down your imaginary rat holes. . You believe this story because you want to.
