If it isn't an open border, how are over 1.1 million illegals that have been caught? That's JUST the one's we know about.

If it isn't open, why not complete the wall to assist our border patrol in their efforts to prevent crossings?

The REALITY is this; Democrats have no issues with mass illegal immigrants crossing because they see them as future voters.
