Trump's deferment was legitimate too. The medical board accepted his doctor's opinion, as they normally do. Prove that Trump's father was the one that got him deferred. As it stands, Trump was medically deferred. Biden got deferred for being a student.
The only provable case of draft dodging is Bill Clinton signing up for ROTC, getting a deferment then quitting immediately afterwards. That is clearly draft dodging, no question about it.

On average, one in three men drafted are deferred or turned down for military service. The biggest single reason is for medical issues. There is NO DIFFERENCE between Trump's deferments and Biden's. Yes, the reasons are different, but they were accepted as legitimated by the draft board.
Of course Trump paid a doctor to write a phony letter about non-existent bone spurs. That makes it different. The doctor admitted he did it as a favor to Fred Trump who owned the building he lived in.So no, they are not the same.
