Yeah. Well I don't think Biden is mentally deteriorating. But time will tell. And we all know how stressful being a POTUS is, especially at Biden's age. We'll see how long he lasts.

If he’s not capable of jogging up the steps without landing on them he probably shouldn’t be doing it lol. Lucky he didn’t break a wrist.

If he insists on doing it I would suggest spending some time on a stair master. He’s not flexing his feet/foot up and it’s causing his toes to hit the steps.
