Politically I hated John McCain. He is the poster child for what conservatives hate about the GOP
While running for office he sounds like Pat Buchanan. But as soon as he wins election he votes like Chuck Schumer.
Mccain voted for Gramm Leach deregulating banking. He is pro privatizing Social security. He is pro Free Trade. He is against funding Amtak. He is against Universal health care. He is against the Min. Wage. He is conservative. You guys want total Fox Gnus control of the government.

McCain has been paralyzing needed efforts to upbraid him for being so harebrained. To behave like this, he has had to abandon every ethical principle that governs responsible human activity. Perhaps such ruthlessness comes easily to him given that he basically asserts that this is his world and we're all just living in it.
