Another penile challanged gun nut is trying to get away with premeditated murder using Florida's "Stand your ground law" as an excuse. So far the evidence has been overwhelming that the teen (or his friends) had no weapons nor posed any threat what so ever to the killer, Michael Dunn.

Will Mr. Dunn recieve justice and will society be protected by putting this remorseless killer away for the rest of his life?

You know I'm no big fan of rap music either but I wouldn't kill someone for playing it!

What amazes me is some people's low tolerance for...people! WTF? you're in a freaking gas station and someone is playing loud music, who cares? It is a minor annoyance, fill your tank and leave. If I had someone next door blasting it through my window, then I have a problem that needs to be addressed. But you can't walk around this world demanding everyone live their lives to make YOU comfortable. What is wrong with people.

Yes because not caring about loud music in a gas station is just like wanting everyone to have health care. I've no doubt you think middle ages white guys should have every right to walk around shooting anyone who annoys them, but that's not the country most of us want to live in. Too bad.

dear dumbass, your wanting everyone to have health care priced several million out of it who USED to have it. All you did in that instance was blame the insurance companies instead of accepting your fault. so the country you want to live in is exactly what I said it is, hypocrisy in the highest degree.

That's not really what happened but the right wing mind has to simplify everything because its not really capable of complex thought. And you are nothing if not right wing, though quite hilariously, you believe otherwise.

i love how you guys try to dilute the stand your ground issue as if this is a legitimate claim. Yeah the guy is fucked, but he still has to pick a defense. It's not going to work for him though in these circumstances.

(unless he isn't lying about the teens brandishing a gun... but that seems like a convienent excuse. Wonder if the gas station has any video footage)

what if someone uses the self defense claim and walks? Will that mean guilty people will claim self defense? Damn we should get rid of that defense too. guilty people might take advantage of it.
