Let me up the ante a little bit

If someone can give a cogent Constitutional argument against filling the vacant Supreme Court seat then I will let that person change my name fo all three of my alts until November 4, 2020

You can to choose the names I have to post under until after election day. All three so there is no dodging.

You don't really expect them to be able to formulate such an argument do you? They all have their dicks and their twats in their hand right now wondering why you don't see "trump bad" as a good enough argument.

This is not a Constitutional argument. Dodge, deflect, divert, invert, convert, redefine, or otherwise evade.

McConnell's constitution replaced it. His says no new judges in the last year of a president's term. The rightys voiced it like it was a law above all other laws. So it must be right.

There is no Biden rule. Nobody ever adopted that idea Joe used in a speech long ago, it was 1992. It was not even timed during a judge nomination. He was spitballing an idea. It was ignored.
