The “legal doctrine” is to weigh all the evidence, everything Trump did in connection with Jan. 6, and find whether it all adds up to insurrection or not.

Doesn't that only apply to criminal cases? If Trump goes on trial for sedition, treason, pedophilia, whatever, then the prosecution will have to make their case.

Determining if Trump fails to qualify as a candidate under the 14th Amendment is a civil case....but I'm not a lawyer. If it was up to me, I'd have Pedo Don hung from the White House gates as a traitor.
