Judge orders, attorneys to get security clearance

Judge Alene Cannon has issued orders in the Trump documents case, she has ordered all attorneys who may need to see the records to get a security clearance through the state department. If Trump declassified all these documents why
Should that order be required?

I think the jurors should be also be required to. They will have to see the Classified Information as well.

It's not the hardest thing to qualify for, as even I have had Security Clearance before in my career. Yes, even Top Secret Clearance because of the Javelin Missile Contract and other governmental contracts we were working on at the time.

Credit and criminal history checks will be conducted on all applicants. For a Top Secret security clearance, the background investigation includes additional record checks which can verify citizenship for the applicant and family members, verification of birth, education, employment history, and military history.

Easy peazy for most people!

Top Secret security clearances take 6 to 9 months, once a completed application is submitted.

I believe ours took about 8 weeks. Can't say that about anyone else though!

Now, it took over a year, almost 2 years, for Jarad Kushner to get his! But that was because his kept coming back unapporoved many times, because of his international business dealings and having a father in prison etc.

Not sure how they worked it all out to be honest with you! Not sure how TRUMP himself was ever approved after his history of scams and shoddy deals etc.

Donald Trump should have never been trusted with Top Secret information.

probably because the prosecutors are arguing he didn't........if she didn't require it wouldn't it mean there was no need for a trial?......or didn't you think that far ahead when you started this troll?....
