Judge sentences Derek Chauvin for George Floyd murder

Just funny how people are not comprehending that it doesn't matter if the sentence is "too short". He'll still be living in prison once he's out.

Remember.... if Floyd was able to repeatedly yell that he couldn't breathe, that means he was breathing.

I recall at one point, the video showed Floyd's chest partially raised off of the pavement because of the way he was lying and the prosecution witness had to admit that would have enabled him to breathe.

Also, both carotid arteries were never simultaneously compressed, meaning oxygenated blood would have been able to get to his "brain". It was even shown also, that Chauvin's knee was not directly on the neck, but on or partially on the side of his head.

So tell me.... what did Chauvin do that directly caused Floyd's death?

You won't because you can't.

The only thing that has ever mattered to "your ilk" is that Chauvin was a white cop and Floyd was black.

And that is why Chauvin is in prison and "your ilk" are rubbing your hands together with glee.

He wants you, by yourself, to retry the entire trial to his satisfaction. That's a task that can never be accomplished because Nomad will never believe it was wrong for a white Cop to "accidentally" kill a black thug.

Evidently not. This is not the first time where Nomad went ballistic over a race issue. Notice he refuses to admit he lied in his claims I made this a racial issue instead of a cop murdering a citizen. It's Nomad, for some reason unknown to me, who is very racist on this particular issue.

I fail to see why kids matter. Chauvin violated a public trust and, in doing so, murdered a man. Period. Doing it in front of anyone was more than brutal, it was fucking stupid since it provided all of the evidence for his conviction.

Everyone should be assured that the city and police leadership agree Chauvin murdered a man. OTOH, if it wasn't recorded, would that same city and police leadership be as fervent in their support for justice?

Regardless, being a hero for "A-OK" assholes is only good for slaps on the bed sheet, it's not a job or a retirement. He's 45 now. Even if he got out in 10, he's lost his pension, livelihood and will probably cash out all assets to pay for the fucking lawyers....who get paid even if he's convicted.

That's not even touching if he's personally sued for wrongful death by a family member.

Derek Chauvin murdered George Floyd and will die a broken man for his crime.

Higher crime in Liberal cities requires more trials and, therefore, more jurors. :laugh:

No doubt someone has done a study on the ratio of population density vs. the juror service requirement.

By the Okay Retirement Fund? Rumor says those assholes will never pay off. Chauvin will be lucky to get a Christmas card and $10 into his commissary fund from them.
