A finding of being culpable for an act beyond a reasonably doubt is not alway possible in certain cases.

BUt a a finding of the 'preponderance of evidence' in a finding that you did the act (raped her) is still a legit finding.



This push back that 'he only raped her by the preponderance of evidence' 'so not rape', is not a defense. The judge has now made it very clear in public statements that are on the record and can be cited by anyone. Trump is a rapist and was found to have raped her.

People can now say that in public and cite the Judge's record as the proof of it.
