The closing statements are Monday. I read Trump wants to fly in for that. However, he would not defend himself in court. He would not testify under oath. He does not have the ability to keep from lying and incriminating himself.
The word is Daffy Donald will fly in to speak tomorrow. He knows his case is lost and he thinks his crazy talk can save him.
"Guilty" is a criminal charge verdict.
Is this a criminal or civil case?
Get a clue; he could be guilty of defamation. It's not a criminal verdict, just a civil one.
Can you be guilty of defamation if you are simply telling the truth? I don't think so. In order to be guilty of defamation don't you have to be defaming someone by lying about them? Meaning if Trump is lying when he denies E Carol's charges that means a jury has concluded he is guilty of defamation. In simplier terms, they have concluded he did in fact rape her. If he did in fact rape her then he is "guilty" of rape.
