The Trump administration on Monday stonewalled a federal judge seeking answers about whether the government had violated his order by deporting more than 200 people over the weekend, including those officials identified as members of a Venezuelan criminal gang.

The hearing in Federal District Court in Washington escalated a conflict between the White House and the courts that threatened to become a constitutional crisis.

Since the US Constitution was ratified.
Really? Can you cite the section of it where that is stated?

Here's a review, discussion, and listing of the President's foreign policy powers:

Judge incredulous as administration contends verbal court order on deportation isn’t binding

Trump’s US border czar said publicly: “I don’t care what the judges think.”
Where were you pricks when Brandon was letting 20,000,000 illegals into this country?

Use English.
In English:

1. The judge doesn't have any say over US foreign policy.
2. The judge was silent on the persons illegally in the US being let in by the previous administration unchecked and unchallenged.
3. The foreigners being deported had already left the United States and were now out of its jurisdiction.

Bottomline:

This judge has grossly overstepped his authority, but it isn't the first time.

Cool, so when a Democrat is elected President, we can deport you. It is "foreign policy."

Actually, Rarely Right Walter, you should be deported for rarely being right.

Foreign policy involves deportation to foreign countries.

Using Foreign Policy Grounds To Deport Immigrants Who Protest

According to CNN, the Trump administration plans to arrest and deport individuals using foreign policy grounds. Under the law, “An alien whose presence or activities in the United States the Secretary of State has reasonable ground to believe would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States is deportable.” (Section 237(a)(4)(C)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.)

Great, we can then deport you, and call it "foreign policy."
I am not violating the foreign policy of our great president, President Trump, Rarely Right Walter.

I support it, 100%.

You, on the other hand…want violent illegal criminals.who have committed child rape and murder to remain in America.

Poor Rarely Right Walter.

When a future Democratic President decides to deport you, and have you killed in a foreign country, you will have no right to a court hearing first.
