With a 90% incumbancy rate where do you get your facts?

With a 90% incumbancy rate where do you get your facts?
90% of 90% of 90% of 90% of 90% = around 50%. And that's not counting the ones that actually just retire.
In the house, the turnover rate is about 50% over 10 years.
Your post provides no proof of your statement.
Can you not understand simple math? I provided the clearest proof of my thesis it is possible to provide.
I actually do not believe the senate has a return rate of 90%.
You get how many are thrown out or retired over 10 years in the house by taking 90% and raising it to a fifth - you get around 59%. Only 46% of house members currently go back to 2001.

Term limits would also have the perverse effect of greatly increasing the power of interest groups.
we have built in term limits. They are called elections. If you don't like your Senator or Representative, vote him or her out. The truth of the matter is that we all like OUR Senator and Rep, we just don't like other states Senators and Reps.
