12 fucking investigation by Repubs and they found her guilty of nothing. That does not penetrate your bunker? If they had a scintilla of evidence to get her, she would have been hung in front of Congress. Can you figure out why Repub house, senate and exec could not charge her? We can. Except the discussion is about the "slush fund." Have you any evidence at all that it only came into being since Republicans took control of Congress? What about those years not very long ago when Obama was President and Democrats had both houses of the Congress? Was the slush fund in effect then? I think it's likely been in effect since the first female accusation against a congress critter happened, don't you?

Well then friend, you're buying Comey's laughable pretense that no prosecutor would bring a case against her for her mishandling of government classified materials. All at the same time you can and do ignore the fact that a young sailor did jail time for taking a couple of pictured inside of his submarine with his cell phone, hardly anything near what Comey revealed about Clinton's felonious actions. To boot, Comey had no authority to exonerate Clinton. His proper roll was to submit the evidence to the Justice Department and let Loretta Lynch decide a Grand Jury hearing and then decide if charges should be presented against Clinton. Lynch ignored traditional decorum and Justice Department rules and allowed Comey to take his grandstand and override his authority all because Comey is proving to have been a part of the Justice Department's cabal to keep Clinton out of jail so as to insure Trump never became President. Thus, the Witch Hunt now being pursued against Trump since he shocked the deep state by beating Clinton.

You can call it whatever you like, but if it's actually being used by congress critters to pay off sexual crimes accusations, it's a bleeping criminal "slush fund" where I come from. And you can explain why that's not a campaign finance violation. If it's used to cover up the reputation of congress critters so they can get reelected, how's that different from what CNN and MSNBC is accusing Trump of?

Actually friend the issue was criminal accusations toward congress critters of sexual misconduct being settled by payoffs with taxpayer's money. You then claimed most of congress was Republicans as to insinuate that most of the sexual misconduct was being done by Republicans. I then ask you to deliver some evidence of that accusation and you simply replied, "Congress is mostly Republican, right now. I cannot make this any simpler. " (your post #20)

Again I'll ask, what evidence do you have that most sexual misconduct in the congress is committed by Republicans?

Covering up the reputation of members is not a campaign finance violation if there is no election underway; and, I don't think the recipients of this "slush fund" money were required to keep quiet, so it was not hush money.

Trump university was never convicted as a fraud, it was settled out of court. Trump likely could have won that case all it would have taken is a single student to claim they had gotten value from the courses, there were several. Trump settled because he had been elected to the Presidency, didn't want it hanging over the White House and it was actually less costly to settle than continue with the legal fees.
